Redwood Valley remained unbeaten by handing Montevideo a non-conference loss on Thursday, but the Thunder Hawks bounced back to defeat Morris/Chokio-Alberta here Tuesday to take sole possession of first place in the West Central Conference South.

The Sub-Section 12 One-Act Play competition will be held at the Fine Arts Center in Montevideo, starting at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Montevideo High School’s entry, “4 a.m.,” features a 17-member cast that includes Froya Olson, Kalina Groothuis and Mikaela Erickson.
