Staff at Chippewa County-Montevideo Hospital (CCMH) executed a drill Monday morning to ensure preparedness in the event of an Ebola or other infectious disease outbreak. The group of hospital employees that participated in the drill was comprised of physicians, nurses, admission staff, housekeeping, and laboratory technicians. Infectious disease physician Dr. Lucio Minces was present to critique how the staff would respond if an Ebola patient was admitted.
