Clinton handed the Montevideo Spartans their fourth straight loss, 10-2 on Saturday at Clinton.
The Spartans tied the game at 1-1 in the third inning when Mitch Christensen doubled to score Josh Anderson.
Clinton came back with four runs in the bottom of the third.
Montevideo scored its final run in the fourth inning when Cam Vien led off with a double and eventually scored when Spencer Jorgenson grounded into a fielder’s choice.
Christensen had three of Montevideo’s eight hits. Christian Brabender had a pair of hits.
The Spartans, who are now 1-5, will host the Rosen Express on Saturday at 4 p.m. Montevideo will play the Benson Chiefs on Sunday at 3 p.m. at Benson.
