    The Thunder Hawks have conference matches with Yellow Medicine East here today (Thursday) and with BOLD Tuesday at Olivia.

    Trailing three sets to one, the Thunder Hawks stormed back to defeat Paynesville in a West Central Conference match last Thursday at Paynesville.
    After taking the opening set 25-19, the Bulldogs edged the T-Hawks 25-23 in the second and third sets.
    That didn't deflate the T-Hawks, who dominated the fourth set 25-8 before edging Paynesville 15-13 in the decisive fifth set.
    Seniors Nettie Duvall and Rhea Melby both had efficient nights at the net. Duvall led the team with 11 kills on just 22 attempts, while Melby added eight kills.
    Sophomore Natalie Feld­hake had seven ace blocks and Duvall added four.
    The T-Hawks also had a good night serving, with 11 aces, led by Melby and Jessie Janisch with three each.

    After taking the first set 26-24, the Thunder Hawks saw the Falcons come back to win the match in four sets Tuesday at Grove City.
    Syndey Larson had 19 kills for the Falcons, who defeated Montevideo for the second time this season. Ashley Hoehne paced the T-Hunder Hawks with nine kills.
