  • Chippewa Enterprises, a MACC Member that serves adults with developmental disabilities, is holding a Fundraiser/Taco Feed to support their campaign to build a new facility in Montevideo at the Montevideo Community Center on November 15, 2012, from 4-7 pm. Hard shell tacos will be only $1.50, and soft shell will be $2.00. There will be a freewill donation for the public to help start raising the $600,000 for the new facility. Chippewa Enterprises clients are available to business for work projects such as envelope stamping/folding, recycling projects, assembly projects as well as other projects.

The current facility, built in the 1970s, is located at the Chippewa Fairgrounds. It is increasing unsuitable to the program and the safety of the clients they serve. Please join them as they work to build a new future in Montevideo. You will find a full letter of information in this email, and feel free to find them on Facebook as Chippewa Enterprises Inc.
