The Ridgewater College Foundation is pleased to welcome Eric Lipke of Hutchinson, MN to its Board of Directors. Eric is the General Manager of Midwest Industrial Tool Grinding, Inc (MITGI), a specialty tool manufacturing facility in Hutchinson. In this role, Eric manages day-to-day operations and employees, focuses on product quality and customer service, and positions the company for growth and profitability.
A progressive and growing company, MITGI consistently turns to Ridgewater graduates to find well-prepared and hard-working employees. Eric is proud to serve on the Ridgewater College Foundation Board to help ensure that a viable education resource continues to be available to educate students and provide area businesses with a reliable pool for local talent.
Eric is originally from Stewart, MN and now lives outside of Hutchinson with his wife and three children. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College. He serves on the MITGI Board of Directors, the Education Committee at St. Anastasia Catholic School in Hutchinson, and the Ridgewater College Foundation Board.
The Ridgewater College Foundation serves the college by expanding educational opportunities and promoting academic excellence through student scholarships and financial and in-kind program support. Other board members include: Dr. Steve Mulder, Dan Honsey, Dr. Guy Caspers and Jim Wendling of Hutchinson; Robert Thurston and Joan Blonigan-Christianson of Spicer; Jim Ellingson, Dr. Debra Peterson and Karen Langmo of Litchfield; and Wayne Nelson, Roger Gauquie, and Bill Fenske of Willmar.
