The WISSOTA Late Models came to Fiesta City Speedway on Friday night for the $2,000 to win, 30-lap feature.
Jeff Wildung, of Nassau, led all 30 laps of the WISSOTA Late Model feature. It was his second win this season at Fiesta City Speedway.
Wildung opened up a sizeable lead after the first 10 laps before a yellow flag bunched the 15-car field. Wildung quickly pulled away from the field following the restart and was lapping slower cars by the end of the race.
Zach Johnson, of Kensington, who won this race last season, finished in second place.
Kyle Jacobson took the lead to start the Pure Stock feature. Jon Tollakson took the lead on lap 5 and went on to win his eighth feature of the season.
Dustin Zieske passed Tyler Larson on lap 3 of the WISSOTA Mod 4 feature and went on to win his seventh feature of the year.
Kenny Mayer took the lead on the opening lap of the WISSOTA Midwest Modified feature. Ryan Schleusner took the lead on lap 2 and went on to win his second feature of the year.
Justin Tammen grabbed the lead from his front row starting position to start the WISSOTA Street Stock feature. Mike Jans took the lead from Tammen on lap four. Jordan Tollakson took over the lead with three laps to go and went on to win his second feature of the seson at Fiesta City Speedway.
This Friday is Fan Appreciation Night, sponsored by Madison Bottling, Casey’s General Store and Nelson Ag Drainage LLC. Races start at 7 p.m.
