  • Montevideo track athletes set five school records this season. “That’s a lot for one season,” said proud head coach Dave Schimming.
     
    Molly Reeves, who is just an 8th grader, has her stamp all over the Montevideo school record books.
     
    Reeves set records in the 100M dash, 400M and she was part of two relay teams that posted marks.
     
    At the state track meet, the boys relay team of Dazhown Coleman, Casey Mears, Adam
     
    DeZeeuw and Preston Herfurth set a school record in the 800M relay.
     
    The records that were set this year are available on page 1B.
