  • The first of the bimonthly City Council meetings convened on the evening of Monday, July 7th at City Hall. City Council meetings are held on the first and third Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
     
    All motions and resolutions (see bullet points at the end of the article) were unanimously passed for this session with little discourse outside of consideration for potential changes to parking ordinances and enforcement. Though no specific changes to currently existing code were up to be immediately enacted, the topic arose due to the high number of complaints recieved by city council members and police enforcement alike about commercial trucks and trailers, semi-trucks, motor homes, boats and trailers being parked on city streets.
