The Montevideo Convention and Visitor's Bureau chose the winning photo's for their "Picture Perfect Postcard Contest" at their monthly meeting last night. The photo's were submitted by email and on the Chamber's Facebook page "Montevideo, Minnesota". The three categories for the contest were People, Places, and Nature in Montevideo.

Angie Steinbach has been the director at the Montevideo Area Chamber of Commerce for three years now, where she helps promote local businesses. Holly Sherod has been Angie's the executive assistant for two years. Together, the two of them help organize events for the community ranging from the The 1st Annual Governor's Pheasant Opener to the Montevideo Business Expo.
For people interested in moving to or visiting the community, Angie and Holly are often the first point of contact; they are very knowledgeable about area businesses and resources, and everything they have to offer to current and future residents.
