The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers increased outflow from the dam at Lac qui Parle on Monday in response to what has been a very wet fall.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers increased outflow from the dam at Lac qui Parle on Monday in response to what has been a very wet fall.

By Thursday the outflow from the dam is expected to be 4,000 cubic feet per second, which is up from 2,500 cfs in September.

The COE will continue to monitor water levels on the lake and adjust outflow accordingly.
