There will be a Salute to Armed Forces program on Tuesday, May 22 at the Hollywood Theater on Main. The doors open at 5 p.m., with the program beginning at 6:30 p.m.

There will be a Salute to Armed Forces program on Tuesday, May 22 at the Hollywood Theater on Main. The doors open at 5 p.m., with the program beginning at 6:30 p.m. The program will feature music by Americana, Leo Gunner Baker, the piano students of Georgia Hanson, Lyle Henning, the Color Guard, and Judi Bohm.

 

There will be food available, and admission is free. However everyone is invited to bring non-perishable food items for the Chippewa County Food Shelf.

 

Montevideo Mayor Debra Lee Fader said, “This is a citizens quest to provide entertainment and gratitude to our area Veterans for all that they have done for us and for  our America. We wish to acknowledge the tremendous sacrifices made for the common citizen.

 

Veterans, please honor us with your presence, as we are truly in your debt. We wish to publicly thank you for your service! Any and all Citizens are welcome to attend!”
