At their regular meeting on Monday evening, the Montevideo City Council considered an agreement with the Eagles Wing Foundation Fund. The organization has generously offered a $100,000 grant to the city for the Veterans Home Project.

In order to accept the grant, an agreement between the city and the foundation must be approved and signed. The grant is to provide capital funding to assist the city in securing federal funding for the project.

The funds are to be used for construction or development expenses related to the development of the veterans home. Once the agreement has been signed by both parties, the funds will be released to the city. As per the agreement, the city must return the funds to the Eagles Wing
