Montevideo graduates Mitchell Moe, Tania Kibble and Collin Christians are starting their fall 2018 semester at the University of Minnesota Medical School Duluth campus.

The Montevideo alumni had their White Coat Ceremony on Friday, Aug. 17, a tradition in which the school welcomes new students as colleagues that are dedicated to patient care. During the event, entering students are presented with a white coat as a symbol of clinical service and care.

Moe graduated from Montevideo in 2014, and then from St. Olaf College this spring as a Norwegian major with Nordic studies concentration. Mitchell is the son of Marty and Melissa Moe.

Kibble graduated from Montevideo in 2013, and then graduated from NDSU in the fall of 2016 as a Zoology major with Chemistry and Psychology minors. Tania is the daughter of Butch and Isa Kibble.

Christians graduated from Monte in 2013, and then from the University of Minnesota - Duluth in the spring of 2017 as a Biochemistry and Molecular Biology major, with a Mathematics minor. Collin is the son of Steve and Debbie Christians.
