To remind Montevideo Senior High School students of the dangers of inattentive or impaired driving, especially with prom coming up this Saturday, a mock car crash was staged Wednesday morning at the Chippewa County Fairgrounds. High school students played roles as those injured and killed in the simulated accident. Local emergency responders, law enforcement authorities, and others participated in the exercise. A complete list of participants will appear in next week’s American-News.
