Fourteen Montevideo musicians performed with the Southwest Regional honor bands in a concert at the Schwan’s Community Center in Marshall Feb. 20.
Performing with the ninth- and 10th-grade honor band, under the direction of Dr. John Ginocchio, director of bands at Southwest Minnesota State University, were Jessica Belt, Froya Olson, Brendan Stermer, Dane Peterson, Alex Bosch, Darin Stevens, Tyson Lund and Molly Grussing.
Members of the sixth- through eighth-grade band, which was directed by former Montevideo band director Lowell Hanson, were Jaycee Folk, Christina Lipinski, Danielle DeBaere, Cal Anderson, Reed Boettcher and Hans Dessureault.
