Bob passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, July 23, 2017. All of his life was spent in agriculture with the exception of 12 years with Duininck Construction. Driving an 18 wheeler was in Bob’s blood whether it was coast to coast or to the twin cities and back. In his down time, he loved to hunt, fish and spend time with family and friends.
Left to go on without him are his wife Dawn Gerdes Haff; daughter Angela Richardson (and Brian Kaiser); son Dustin Haff; grandsons, Brad and Jack Kaiser, and Adrian and Asher Richardson.
Keeping all the stories and memories alive is his mother, Violet Haff; brothers, Lowell and Bill Haff; sisters, Kay Teichroew and Carol Schutz, along with their families.
Waiting for Bob at the Pearly Gates was his son, Jeffrey; father, Stanley; sister, Trudy; grandson, Dylan; along with many family and friends. What a celebration they are having.
A celebration of Bob’s life will take place Saturday, Sept. 23, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the American Legion, in Montevideo. Blessed be his memory.
