The ACGC Falcons flew into Montevideo last Thursday on a bitterly cold north wind and left the Thunder Hawks chilled to the bone. ACGC defeated Monte by a score of 85-44.

A large crowd braved the  icy temperature to cheer on the Hawks and the Gold Dusters, who performed at halftime.

The Falcons scored early and scored often, racking up 56 first half points to the Thunder Hawks 27. ACGC had success from deep in the lane as well as beyond the three-point line.

Meanwhile, Montevideo struggled to find the basket, with many shots on target but simply not falling. The action was fast-paced as both teams pushed the ball offensively up and down the court.
