A few brief rain showers delayed the start of the racing at Fiesta City Speed­way. After about a 15 minute delay, the track was ready to go and the races began.

Dave Dieter hit a hole in one at 7:51 p.m. at the Crossings golf course on Monday June 23. The hole in one took place on the 15th hole, a par three. Dieter was using an eight iron and the ball landed 20 feet short of the hole before rolling in.
