"I thought I would see at least some remorse in his eyes when I came here. But instead I saw his bloodthirstiness. I don't know how he can live with what he did, with killing so many people." - Munira Subasic, who lost several family members in Srebrenica, talking about Bosnian Serb general Ratko Mladic, who went on trial today. Hot video: Man turns Nerf gun into 20,000-volt Tesla gun
A man has turned a rather harmless Nerf gun into a Tesla gun that shoots out 20,000 volts of electricity, and he's posted instructions on his website for others to build it, too. Rob Flickenger says it's based on the weapon in the graphic novel “The Five Fists of Science.” Patrick Jones of Buzz60 has more on Flickenger's creation, which looks like it's straight out of the movie "Independence Day."
