After the two Pure Stock heat races, the WISSOTA Super Stocks came out onto the track for their make-up feature. Cory Tammen took the lead at the drop of the green flag. Jeremy Jerve took over the lead as the field came to take the white flag for the final lap. Jerve went on to win his second feature of the year. Cory Tammen, of Clara City, was second, and Bob Holtquist, of Milbank, S.D., finished third.

Ryan Bjerkeset, of Clarkfield, took the lead on lap 4 and went on to win his first WISSOTA Midwest Modified feature of the season. Ryan Schmitt, of Boyd, was second, with Brian Haben, of Holloway, in third.

Nate Beyenhof, of Rock Rapids, Iowa, took the lead from the pole position to start the WISSOTA Late Model make-up feature.  With six laps to go, the race was “checkered” as the rains came and Beyenhof got his first win ever at Fiesta City Speedway. Montevideo driver, Brian Schultz, was second, and Dustin Virkus, of Clarkfield, was third.

The other feature races were washed out and will not be rescheduled.

This Friday is Season Championship night, sponsored by Team J&D Construction. Race time is 7 p.m. for heat races.
