Meet the photographer!
Ever since I was a baby, I watched my mom and dad take pictures. I was fascinated with the lens and the flash attachment. My dad gave me my first camera when I was in high school, and I’ve been taking pictures ever since. I purchased a Canon macro lens to take close-up photos of nature, especially flowers.
I studied photography through an online college during COVID-19 and graduated with a degree in both photography and design. I now have my own photography business, Novel Images. I love having fun with my clients, and they often comment back about how much fun they had during photo shoots.

Reminder! Build a Raffle Basket for SMAC
Spirit of the Region raffle baskets are a fun way to show off unique items from each of our 18 counties in the Southwest Minnesota Arts Council region. Funds raised from raffle tickets help cover the costs of the annual event. Let’s pack these raffle baskets with our community spirit!
Please get Spirit of the Region raffle basket items to me by October 2, and help sell Spirit of the Region raffle tickets to friends and family.
Beginning August 15, you can drop off your items for the raffle basket at the Montevideo American News office, 221 1st St, Montevideo, Monday through Thursday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
