During Monday’s annual Montevideo Area Chamber hosted Halloween festivities, Trick-or-Treat Street was held throughout downtown, while in Southtown Plaza hosted Trunk-or-Treat for those businesses and organizations without a Main Street location. In Southtown Plaza, there was a long line filled with kids and adults waiting to play the game Plinko and there were businesses set up in the parking lot handing out candy to all who came through.
