MPCA proposes changes to feedlot permits to protect waters from nitrate pollution
As part of efforts to reduce nitrate pollution statewide, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) today released proposed changes to two permits that regulate the state’s largest animal feedlots.
