On October 19th, WoMen’s Rural Advocacy Programs (WRAP) held their second annual Bids Against Abuse Live Event at The Rock in Granite Falls with 72 people present at the event.

Last Sunday, local families had the opportunity to take part in a Halloween Cookie Decorating contest at Talking Waters Brewing Co.
Stranded kayakers rescued
On October 18th 2023 at 12:09 PM the Lac Parle Sheriffs Office and Chippewa County Sheriffs Office received a phone call of three individuals who were in the water in the middle of Lac qui Parle Lake.
