Local student graduates Augustana University
Augustana University is extremely proud to announce the graduating Class of 2023. Of the 391 students who earned baccalaureate degrees, nearly half will graduate with honors. Another 178 students earned a master’s degree from the university. Five students earned Augie Access Program certificates. These graduates hail from 15 countries, 34 states and 43 communities in South Dakota.

We are entering, again, into a time of enjoyment of the outdoors. One thing that Jesus chose was to spend a lot of time outside. His life did not include miraculous transporting from one place to another. He chose to walk with his band-of-disciples. The three years we know he was on mission he walked a lot, getting to the next place of ministry and care.

Question: Now that spring if finally here I am seeing a lot of tractors, sprayers and other large equipment on the highways. A number of them didn’t appear to be using their flashing lights, slow moving signs and escort when required.
