Last week, the Chippewa County Historical Society hosted free community concert featuring the Montevideo Community Band, and root beer floats. During the concert, band director Nicole Boelter noted that the Community Band is always welcoming new members. The band was started by Lowell Hanson in 1984. Photos by Jessica Stölen-Jacobson
