Hastings to Paul and Verna (Hone) Mayer and died while holding hands in prayer on August 11, 2022, in Granite Falls, just a week before her 68th Kathy grew up and spent most of her childhood years in Hastings with the family moving to Richford, Vt. where she graduated from high school in 1972.
