“Dessert Frenzy” fundraiser to be held in March

Date Nut Creams 1 and 1/2 cups flour 1/3 cup shortening 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 cup dairy sour cream 1/4 cup water 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup diced dates 1/2 cup chopped nuts.

Montevideo Area Memory Loss Network (MAMLN) I have always enjoyed receiving Christmas letters and “catching up” with people. Sometimes I learn things about someone that I never knew before.

WRAP receives donation of 10,000 pairs of Bombas Socks
WoMen’s Rural Advocacy Programs, Inc. (WRAP) is excited to announce that we have received 10,000 pairs of Bombas socks! WRAP is very grateful to have received this donation from Bombas! With this donation, we will be able to not only provide our clients with socks but others in the community that are in need as well. WRAP will be dispersing some of these socks to various community organizations such as food shelves, other domestic abuse and sexual assault advocacy centers, homeless shelters, and rehabilitation centers within our area.
Thunder Hawks look ahead to New London game
Montevideo was scheduled to play host to Minnewaska on Tuesday, before traveling to play Benson on Friday and returning home to face New London-Spicer on Monday at 7:15 p.m. Last week, the Thunder Hawks defeated visiting Yellow Medicine East 71-35 on Tuesday and lost at West Central 55-46.
