The American-Scandinavian Foundation (ASF)’s eighth annual competition for Scandinavian Folk Arts & Cultural Traditions in the Upper Midwest (North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan) is now accepting applications!
