Students named to Spring 2024 honor rolls
Valley City State University has released its President’s Honor Roll, Dean’s Honor Roll and Honor Roll for spring 2024 semester.The President’s Honor Roll recognizes students who completed 12 semester hours or more of VCSU classes for which grade points are earned with a 4.0 grade point average.Local students making the list are:Clarkfield - Caleb Torke, Dean’s Honor RollDawson - Micah Olson, Presidents Honor Roll; Levi Olson, Dean’s HOnor Roll; Grace Reep, Presidents Honor Roll
Dawson’s Robert Ramberg among the 6,500 students graduated
In May, more than 6,500 University of Iowa undergraduate, graduate, and professional students received their degrees, a group that included Robert Ramberg of Dawson, MN.Ramberg was a student in the University College whose academic program of study was Bachelor of Applied Studies.

Nominations are now being accepted for farmers and ranchers to serve on local U.S.
