Committee forming to work on revitalizing Montevideo through arts and culture
On Monday evening, a group of Montevideo area artists, authors, musicians and those with an interest in the arts gathered in the Montevideo Public Library to hold a discussion on an idea to form a committee that will work to bring a more organized network for the arts and culture to Montevideo.The group organized through local artists Margaret Fuller and Audrey Arner who arranged the meeting and invited those who may be interested in such a venture.
