Progress on Veterans Area Memorial Park
Last week, stones arrived for the Sons of the American Legion’s Veterans Area Memorial Park (called the VAMP project) located at the corner of Highway 7 and 17th Street across from McDonalds.

Montevideo Dog Park construction to begin soon
Last week, Montevideo High School Senior Jaxon Wagner announced that the Montevideo Dog Park project he has been working on for nearly two years as a part of earning his Eagle Scout status has now officially raised enough funding to complete the basic structures such as fencing and waste receptacles.
