Lamore “Lem” Kittelson, of Montevideo died Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Luther Haven Nursing Home in Montevideo at the age of 96. Pauline Kittelson, Montevideo died on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at Luther Haven Nursing Home in Montevideo at the age of 92. Memorial services will be held May 14, 2022 at 1 p.m. at Our Saviors Lutheran Church. Rev. Donald S. Mckee will officiate and interment will be at Sunset Memorial Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Jane P. Nerison, 69, of Chicago, Ill., and Montevideo, died in late March 2022, in her Chicago home.
James Tollakson
James Tollakson, 67, of Canby died on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at the Swift County-Benson Hospital in Benson. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 5 at the Nicolai Lutheran Church in Canby. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at the Canby City Cemetery.

Jacquelyn Williams, 85, of Montevideo died Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Rosewood in Montevideo. A Mass of Christian Burial and Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 6, 2022 at 10:30 a.m.

Charles Garvin Ludwig
Charles Garvin Ludwig of Watson died at his home on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at the age of 78. Private services to be held at a later date.

Beyond Reason
Mother’s Day is the one day a year when Mother gets to put her feet up and is waited on hand and foot by her minion. Father brings her an iced coffee, just the way she likes it. The children deliver the remote control, blankets, and a snack. Uninterrupted, Mother watches an entire episode of BBC-produced British period piece on PBS. It is pure bliss.
