What is Community Matters?
Community Matters is a new month-long feature in the Montevideo-American News that highlights those who make a difference in our community. Pages inside each week’s edition will be dedicated to those stories and advertisements, and will also feature editorials written by our local teams, explaining our vision for the future as we are transitioning our publication to becoming even more locally-focused under the new ownership of CherryRoad Media.

They are able to source parts from 57 distribution centers throughout the United States and carry a large inventory of hydraulic hoses.

Beyond Reason
March 8 is International Women’s Day. Don’t ask me how I know this. I just do. So let us speak of Woman, specifically the International Woman. I like her. Very much. In my opinion She deserves much more than a day. But time waits for no man. Or woman, it seems. So… let’s get to it.

From the Editor’s Desk
Last week, I wrote about how this week was going to have a whole new look. If you read that, and saw the front page this week, you're probably thinking "what the heck?" (I said heck, yes, because we're probably mostly Minnesotan here). Well, shortly after last week's paper went to print, it was announced that we would be working with the former company's systems for just one more week. Thus, no new look just yet.
